Bulk
Mail Services - More Leads! More Business! More Agent Promotion!
Sending
Bulk Saves Sales Professionals - Another great resource at Prudential California Realty is the Bulk Mail Services within the Marketing Department. When you mail items using Bulk Mail, you save money and a trip to the Post Office!
Save Money and Send Bulk!
Though sending direct mail pieces First Class has its advantages, sending Third Class, or “bulk” is
more cost effective. Save more than 30% per piece when you send Bulk! Check out the savings!
• First Class = $0.42
• Bulk Mail = $0.26 ($0.16 savings!)
Bulk Mail Guidelines
1. Must have 200 or more pieces to send bulk
2. Must be identical in same size, shape, weight, and paper color
3. Must have the bulk mail stamp in the upper right hand corner
4. Must have a return address in the upper left hand corner
5. Must be completely sealed with stickers if applicable
6. “or Current Resident” must appear on the addressee label unless there is no address name indicated.

7. No Staples
8. No red or green colored paper or envelopes during the holiday season
9. Undeliverable pieces will be discarded by the Post Office. “Return Service Requested” is not
